Roughly 1/8  of a beef. Great for filling your freezer.

Each box contains:

2 pkg Rib steak

2 pkg Strip steak

2 pkg Sirloin steak

3 roasts (we will grab random roasts from our selection, usually a cross rib, sirloin and chuck)

4 pkg short rib

20 lbs. ground

4 pkg stew

 An excellent option for trying our beef for the first time.

Each box contains:

 5 lbs ground beef (in 1 lb packages)
1 pkg (2 steaks) rib steaks
2 pkg (4 steaks) striploin steaks
1  roast
2 pkg (8 steaks) minute steaks
