-Pastured Pork-
This is not your grocery store pork. Our pigs are raised outdoors, so they have days full of rooting and playing in the mud. You will never find a happier pig than a pig that is rooting in the dirt! The piglets are farrowed (birthed) on our farm, and finished on our farm. We guarantee they are free of hormones and antibiotics at the time of slaughter. All of our meat is processed in a provincially inspected facility and humane handling is ensured.

Bratwurst sausage
Sold in 1 lb packages.
A plump mild flavoured sausage that shines in many dishes. Its a staple in our house for when we come in late from the fields; we simply add it to a sheet pan with a mixture of veg and potatoes and roast.
Canadian maple sausage
Sold in 1 lb packages.
A great pork breakfast sausage with added sweetness of maple. Loved by Sunday mornings and kids!
Mild Italian sausage
Sold in 1 lb packages.
A mixture of Italian herbs and spices, lighter on fennel then other Italian sauasages. Great added to pasta dishes, or grilled with peppers.
Plain breakfast sausages

Traditional pork breakfast sausages. Excellent along side breakfast, or pan fried.
Bacon
Classic bacon. Not to salty, just purely delicious. Cut thinly so that it crisps up beautifully.
